Powerhouse Producer Miranda de Pencier (who herself played Josie Pye in the original Anne of Green Gables in 1985) developed a cinematic new adaptation of the classic Canadian novel by author Lucy Maud Montgomery. She brought in Emmy-winning writer Moira Walley-Beckett (Breaking Bad) as Showrunner for this historic new take on the iconic story. Anne with an E was a co-production between Netflix and CBC and won 13 CSA awards, including Best Drama Series in 2018 and 2019.

I worked as Miranda’s right hand, supporting her through development, pre-production, production, and post-production, including Season 1 casting, series director and composer selection, and project managed the title sequence creation with Imaginary Forces. Additionally, I managed Northwood Entertainment’s development slate of original scripted projects, preparing script coverage, notes, cost reporting, pitches, and coordinated with our writers and studio partners.
